The Role of Business in Providing Economic Security

Annotation

In this work are referred the thoughts about important role of business that is the main base for ensuring economic security. They are considered in the light of recent events (which are replaced the first signs in stabilization of domestic economy), the needs for immediate resolution of social problems, institutional changes and creation of preconditions for effective cooperation between the state and business structures.

Inappropriate spending of finances remains a major problem for country's economy, so this work is focused on increasing the spending efficiency. The cancellation of ineffective targeting programs.

The main mechanisms for eliminating shortcomings in the SME’s are: improving the process of managing innovative activities, active participation of the state in the process of formation of innovative needs, creation of public funds and provision of enterprises that are active users of innovations.

In addition, constant and equitable control of using- spending resources.

All above mentioned demands are important factors for economic development, economic security, and necessary levels for raising up the well-being of country’s citizens.
